Terms of Service

By using Zeeve at myzeeve.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

Zeeve is an AI-powered CV and cover letter generation tool. You build a profile, paste a job description, and the platform generates tailored documents using large language models. Results are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing accuracy before using any output.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to register.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others.

3. Credits and payments

  • Credits are purchased via PayPal and added to your account upon successful payment.
  • Credits never expire.
  • No refunds on credits once purchased, except where required by law.
  • Credit costs are listed on the pricing page and may change; changes do not affect already-purchased credits.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests beyond normal use.
  • Resell or redistribute generated output as a commercial product without prior written permission.

5. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Zeeve does not guarantee that any CV or cover letter will lead to interview invitations or job offers. Always review AI output before submitting to employers.

6. Intellectual property

You own the CV content you create. You grant Zeeve a limited licence to process your data to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your career information.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Zeeve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@myzeeve.com.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
